Digital Connection Card:

A simple form used to collect contact information. Information submitted on a Digital Connection Card is automatically recorded on the individual's People Record. Digital Connection Cards are automatically branded with the Brand Color and Logo added in the “Display Preferences” section within the “Settings” tab of your account.

Connect Card Links:

Direct web addresses to the specific Digital or Smart Connect Card for an individual group. Links can be copied and shared outside of Text In Church to allow people to complete these forms. Learn how to access your links here!

QR Code:

A barcode that can be scanned by a person’s cell phone camera to automatically open a Digital or Smart Connect Card automatically. Learn how to access your QR Codes here!

Smart Connect Card:

A more dynamic form used to collect contact information. Information submitted on a Smart Connect Card is automatically recorded on the individual’s People Record. Smart Connect Cards can be configured to display on your Website. Learn more about the differences between Smart and Digital Connect Cards here!

  • Custom Confirmation Page: A custom video or webpage that can be displayed automatically when a person submits a completed Smart Connect Card

  • Sticky Banner: A widget that can be installed on your website that would display a banner across the top of the page. When website visitors click the banner, the Smart Connect Card automatically displays and can be filled out.

  • Chat Bubble: A widget that can be installed on your website that would display as a floating bubble in the right hand corner of the page. When website visitors click the bubble, the Smart Connect Card automatically displays and can be filled out.

  • Button Click: A widget that can be installed on your website that would display as an individual button on the page. When website visitors click the button, the Smart Connect Card automatically displays and can be filled out.

  • Event Pop-up: A widget that can be installed on your website that would automatically display a pop-up after a set amount of time, or if there visitor tries to exit the page. When website visitors click the pop-up, the Smart Connect Card automatically displays and can be filled out.
