There are two ways to collect voicemails for your Calling™ by Text In Church account.
First, you can set up a Caller or Team and create a voicemail box for them to receive voicemails when a call comes to their extension, and they are unable to answer, or if the call is outside of the Caller’s set availability.
Second, you can set up an Action within your Digital Receptionist that routes to a Voicemail Box.
