Once you’ve set up Callers on your Talk In Church account, you can group them into a Team. View this article to learn how to set up Callers if needed. When a call is directed to a team, it will ring each person in the team at the same time until someone picks up the call. If no one answers or is outside of office hours, the call will go to voicemail.

Here are some instructions below to help you add your brand new Team to your Talk In Church!

  • Select the Talk section of your account.

  • Click on Summary.

  • Add the Callers you would like to be a part of this team!

  • Next, select what days and times the Team will be active.

NOTE: If the Team's hours are 9 am to 4 pm, and there is a caller on this team who has their own hours set to 1 pm to 4 pm but a phone call comes in at 9 am, this team member will not be called.

  • Finally, you can configure Voicemail options for this Team.

    • Turn on Voicemail Box to allow missed calls to this team to leave a voicemail.

    • Turn on Transcription to allow text transcriptions of this Team’s Voicemails to be automatically generated.

    • Turn on Email to allow email notifications to callers on this Team when a new Voicemail is received.

    • Within the Voicemail section, you can configure the Voicemail greeting for this Team and submit to the Instant Pro Voice Studio or record your own voice.

  • Click Save in the top right corner to complete the setup of your Team.

Last but not least you can save the new Team!
