Overview
A Caller is a person who can make and receive calls through Calling™ by Text In Church. Callers must first be set as Users or Admins on your Text In Church account. This article covers how to add, edit, and remove Callers from your system.

Sign in to Text In Church.
Select Calling from your left-hand sidebar.
In the Callers section, click View All.
Click Add New.
Select a User from your account to add them as a Caller.
Assign the Caller a three-digit Extension (100–999, cannot start with 0) where they can be reached directly.
Set the Caller's office hours — the days and times they're available to receive calls.
Tip: If a call arrives outside their set hours, you can enable a Voicemail Box to collect messages. Learn more about Voicemail Boxes here.
Set up the Caller's Voicemail greeting using our Instant Pro Voice Studio or record your own. You can also enable voicemail transcription and email notifications for new messages.
Click Save to finish adding the Caller.
How to Edit Callers
In the Calling tab, go to the Callers section and click View All.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the Caller you want to edit.
Click Edit to update the Caller's settings.
Make your changes and click Save.
How to Delete Callers
In the Calling tab, go to the Callers section and click View All.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the Caller's name.
Click Delete to remove this Caller from Calling™ by Text In Church.
Note: Deleting a Caller here only removes them from Calling™. To remove them as a User from your Text In Church account entirely, go to Settings > Users and Permissions.
