Aimed at drastically improving inbox management, this feature ensures seamless communication flow, preventing any messages from being overlooked.
Accessing Multiple Inboxes
Step 1: Sign Into Your Text In Church Account
The first step to accessing this feature is to log into your Text In Church account with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Messages
Once logged in, proceed to the "Messages" section. This is where all your communication is housed.
Step 3: Select Inbox or Archive
Choose whether you want to organize your current conversations by selecting "Inbox" or sift through older messages by selecting "Archive."
Step 4: Utilize the Dropdown Menu
At the top of your Inbox or Archive, you'll find a dropdown menu for reviewing multiple Inboxes.
This menu allows you to separate messages based on the Text In Church phone number they were received on.
"All Inboxes" displays messages across all Text In Church phone numbers associated with your account.
To view messages sent to a specific Text In Church phone number, simply select that number from the dropdown.
โThe name assigned to the number will also be displayed, making it easier to identify!
Step 5: Favorite Your View
For ease of access, you can select the Star Icon next to your preferred Inbox view. ๐
This action sets the selected view as your default, ensuring you are always shown the most relevant Inbox.

Enhanced Focus: You can filter the messages you see to focus on communication received on your Text In Church phone number, allowing for more targeted engagement.
Customization: Each User on the account can set their own favorite view, tailoring the Inbox to meet their specific needs and responsibilities.
Note: If one User marks a message as "read," it will show as "read" for all Users. Similarly, an unread message will appear as "unread" for all participants until someone opens it.
