Although we hate to see you leave, if you would like to move your number to another provider, please follow these steps.
Work with your chosen service to initiate the transfer and gather a support ticket number, approval code, or provider information.
Log into your Text In Church account and provide our support with the applicable transfer details. (i.e. Ticket number, provider information, approval code)
If additional information is needed, we'll reach back out and confirmations will be sent to the account owner's email. (Please validate this is accurate prior to initiating the request.)
Transfers MUST be initiated through chat within your Text In Church account so we are able to verify the identity of the request. We take your account security very seriously and want to protect you from "phone sharking".
Depending on the transfer process, and services involved the process can take anywhere from 24hrs to 5 business days.
