Step 1: Accessing Connect Cards
Navigate to the Connect section in your account.
Select "Cards" from the options.
Step 2: Creating a New Connect Card
Click on "Add New Connect Card"
Choose between creating a Card from scratch or using one of our templates. Templates are available to expedite the process.
Options include event follow-up, serving surveys, and guest follow-up.
Step 3: Customize the Card
Select your desired template (e.g., guest follow-up survey).
You can customize the Card's name, logo, and description to suit your needs.
Customize questions to gather the specific information you require.
Questions can range from ratings to open-ended responses.
If needed, reorder questions to improve flow and clarity.
Decide if questions should be marked as required.
Utilize "smart save" to store responses in specific fields of a People profile.
Note: For longer surveys, consider using the multi-step Card format, which presents questions one at a time.
Step 4: Preview, Save, and Connect to Groups
Preview the Card to ensure it meets your expectations.
Click "Save" to finalize the survey.
