It's super simple! First, you'll export the records as a CSV file, then you can open that file in Google Sheets, or Excel to view the data and print.
There are a few ways that you can export your records:
Option 1: Export All People
Click Tools tab of your account on the Text In Church website
Select Export Data
Make no selection from the drop-down menu to export all contacts.
Click the blue “Export” button
Your contacts will then download into a CSV file that can be uploaded to another database, opened as a spreadsheet, or printed and saved for your records.
Option 2: Export Select People Records
Open the People section of your account on the Text In Church website
Click the check box by the name of the desired records
Click "Action"
Select "Export"
Your selected contacts will then download into a CSV file that can be uploaded to another database, opened as a spreadsheet, or printed and saved for your records.
Option 3. Export Specific Groups of People Records
Click Tools tab of your account on the Text In Church website
Select Export Data
Click the dropdown menu and select the Group or Groups that you would like to include
Click the blue “Export” button
The contacts in these Groups will then download into a CSV file that can be uploaded to another database, opened as a spreadsheet, or printed and saved for your records.
