Once you’ve created your Digital Receptionist, you’ll add it to the numbers you would like to use it on.
One Digital Receptionist can be applied to multiple phone numbers at once, and there is not a limit to how many numbers it can be applied to.

Standard numbers

Hosted numbers 💡 learn more about hosting here!
If you assign a Digital Receptionist to a hosted number, your Digital Receptionist will not be able to answer.
This is because when hosting, Text In Church is only authorized to use the SMS portion of the line. The voice portion of the line remains with your current provider.
How to add a Digital Receptionist to a number:
1. Click "See All" under Phone Numbers on the Summary Page
2. Click the three dots next to a number
3. Choose Edit
4. Choose the Digital Receptionist you want to assign to this number
5. Click Save
