Calling™ by Text In Church offers a convenient call transfer feature through its browser-based platform and mobile app.
This feature allows you to seamlessly pass a call from one participant to another, enhancing communication within your community.
How To Transfer A Call on a Browser:
1. Initiate or Answer a Call:
2. Click "Transfer":
Locate the "Transfer" option and click on it.
3. Select a Contact:
A window will appear, prompting you to choose a contact from your list.
4. Confirm Transfer:
After selecting the contact, confirm the transfer. The call will now be seamlessly handed over.
How to Transfer Calls on the Mobile App:
1. Initiate or Answer a Call:
Log in to the Text In Church mobile app.
Begin or accept a call
2. Click "Transfer":
Locate the "Transfer" option and click on it.
3. Select a Contact:
A window will appear, prompting you to choose a contact to transfer to:
