Editing a person's profile is a breeze with these simple steps:

  1. Go to the People Section:

    • Start by clicking on the "People Section" located on the left side of your screen.

  2. Select the Person to Edit:

    • Once you're in the People Section, find the person's record you want to edit. You can do this by clicking on their name.

  3. Enter Edit Mode:

    • Inside their record, look for the pencil icon in the top right corner. Click on it to enter edit mode for that person's record details.

  4. Make Your Changes:

    • You're in the edit page now! Here, you have the power to make any changes to their information you need.

    • When you're satisfied with your edits, don't forget to seal the deal by clicking the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

You can also Merge two contacts into one profile! We've got you covered with these instructions below:

1. Select Your Contacts:

  • First things first, head over to the "People" section.

2. Start the Merge:

  • Select the two contacts you want to merge. Hold onto your hats; here comes the magic.

  • Click "Action" and from the menu, choose "Merge selected profiles."

3. Review Your Choices:

  • The first box on your screen will display those two contacts you've chosen. To keep the party going, click "Next Step" at the bottom right.

4. Pick and Choose:

  • This is where you become the master chef of contact merging. Choose which pieces of info you want in your freshly baked merged contact. Look for the green check marks; they tell you what's on the menu.

  • You can select items from both records, and the third column shows you a sneak peek of your masterpiece.

5. Seal the Deal:

  • Click "Next Step" again to review your merged creation. Make sure it's just the way you like it.

  • If everything looks good to go, click "Merge Now."

Now, a few things to keep in mind about the merge:

  • After the merge, your final contact will be in all the groups that both original contacts were in.

  • The conversation history for these contacts will become one big happy conversation thread.

That's it! You've successfully merged two contacts into one and managed your contacts. High-five! πŸ–οΈ
