Naming the Number

Name Your Number: It's recommended to give your number a name for easy identification, especially for voicemail purposes.

Timeout Settings:

You can configure how many seconds you want the call to ring before switching over to the Text In Church voicemail box.

Note: If you make this number shorter than the amount of time it takes your forwarded number to go to voicemail, then your Text In Church voicemail will pick up.

Voicemail Handling

Voicemail Collection: If you don't set up call forwarding, the number will collect voicemails when someone calls it.

Accessing Voicemails

To access voicemails left on your account: navigate to the voicemail box.

Play Voicemails: You can listen to the voicemail audio, view the caller's name, and identify the number the call was made from.

Call Forwarding Hours

Decide a schedule of when to forward calls. You can set specific days and times for these attempts.

24/7 Coverage: If you want continuous coverage, set the time range as 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. for each day.

Caller ID Features

Announce Caller: This feature allows you to hear the caller's name before accepting the call.

Show Text In Church Number: Toggle on to display the Text In Church number on caller ID. Useful for identifying church-related calls.

Saving Your Settings

Once you've configured your preferred settings:

Click "Save" to apply the changes to your phone number.
