We are excited to announce that Text In Church has created an Integration with DigiGiv!
How does it work? The DigiGiv Integration allows you to send out an automated text through your Text In Church phone number once a donation is received in DigiGiv. You can also create a Keyword for your people to text in and receive the DigiGiv link to give online.
Here are the steps to take to set this up:
Sign in to DigiGiv and copy your DigiGiv giving link.
Open Text In Church and create a Group.
Set the Keyword. Example: GIVE
Paste your DigiGiv giving link into the “Keyword Automated Reply Message” text box
Under Settings, select Integrations, Enable the Digigive integration
Click “Manage automated SMS receipt” to customize the reply you would like to send when a donation is made through DigiGiv.
Now that the Integration is set up, when someone texts your Keyword they will receive your DigiGiv giving link and will be able to make a donation. Once their donation is received an Automated message of your creation will be sent to them!
Here are a few clarifications about what the integration is capable of:
The Integration with DigiGiv does not allow your people to text in an amount they would like to donate, any donations must be made through your DigiGiv giving link.
If you do not have a Text In Church subscription and signed up for the integration through DigiGiv the Text In Church account will have limited features (unable to send mass text messages). The price of this Integration-only account is $10 dollars per month. You can upgrade to a full Text In Church membership at any time to take advantage of all of our awesome features! Please email Support@textinchurch.com to make this change.
If you already have an active Text In Church subscription, you can enable the DigiGiv integration at no additional cost! Simply log into your Text In Church account click Settings, then choose “Integrations,” and then Enable the DigiGiv integration. You will then receive information from DigiGiv on how to set up your DigiGiv account to receive payments.
