With Text In Church, you have the ability to not only send an automated response when someone texts in a keyword, but also an automated response when they complete the Digital or Smart Connect Card. This is called the “Form Completion Auto Reply” and can be set up and customized within each of your groups.
- Sign into Text In Church and click the “Groups” section from the main menu
- Click the name of the specific group that you want to enable a Form Completion Auto Reply for, then click the gray pencil in the top right corner to “Edit”
- On this page, scroll down to select the toggle for "Include Form Completion Auto Reply Message"
In this box, you can compose your message that you would like to be sent to someone after they complete the Digital or Smart Connect Card for this group.
- When finished, be sure to select the "Update Group" button from the bottom.
Now every time someone fills out the Digital or Smart Connect Card for this group they will get this completion text message. Simple and effective!
