Within the Sent tab within your account, you can select a specific email message. Under the Status section, you can then review which of your recipients have opened this email message. This is the email status feature and is designed to help you see how many times the person has opened, and therefore, hopefully, read the message.

Tracking open rates accurately has become difficult to do, as each email server quantifies a “read” email differently.

We offer this feature and do our best to give you the most accurate number, but don’t judge your emails’ value on this alone.
