Video messaging is a powerful element to add to your communication strategy. We’re so excited to introduce “Pages" as the newest feature for Text In Church!!🎉🎉🎉
Using Pages, you can create a landing page and embed, upload, or record a video inside the platform. 🎥
Then, with just a few clicks, you can share the video in a text 📱or email 📨, or you can copy the link and share wherever you’d like!
You can also use “Favorite” specific Pages, which are super easy to find and share. ⭐
Let’s take a look at how to use Pages:
Pages can be embedded with a video that you've recorded directly within Text In Church or with an existing video uploaded from a computer, YouTube, or Vimeo.
You can also configure the Page to include a button that viewers of the page can click to open a link.
This could be a link to a Connect Card, giving link, event sign-up link, downloadable resource, or any other website link!
Here are just a few of the endless ways you can use Pages:
👥To share video content with many people at once:
sermon excerpts
full-service recordings
class recordings
new staff introductions
upcoming event preview + sign up
recruiting volunteers
👤To create and send individualized videos:
personalized video message
personal video invitation
personal prayer in response to a request
volunteer and staff appreciation message
The Pages Hub in the Connect tab is the main space for managing your Pages. Here are the actions you can take from the Pages Hub:
📄Sort Pages
View "All Pages" to access all the Pages in the account, or sort by "Favorite Pages" for quick access to your most-used Pages.
📊Review Metrics
Visits, Plays, Clicks, and Reactions of each of your Pages are recorded and displayed here:
⭐Manage and Favorite Pages
Edit, delete, or set an existing Page as a “Favorite” by clicking the three-dot icon on the right side
⬇️ Here are the steps to delete or edit a Page from your Text In Church Account:
Click on the Connect tab, then the Pages section. Next, click the three-dot icon by the Page you would like to edit or delete.
Then, click Edit or delete from the drop-down menu as needed.
Important Note: Editing a Page will update the existing Page. If you have already shared the link to this Page, you would not need to re-share. The link should remain active, and the changes should be reflected when you open the link.
Important Note: Deleting an existing Page. If you have already shared the link to this Page, anyone who tries to open that link will receive an error of “Message not found.”
After you’ve created a Page you can easily share them through a variety of outlets!
When building your Page you can grab the link to your page by clicking the copy link button from the top right corner.
📣How to share an existing Page:
There are a few ways that you can share your Page:
📱Text Message: The link to this Page will automatically be copied and pasted into the Text Message Builder.

This helps ensure the link will not be broken up upon delivery.
✉️Email Message: The link to this Page will automatically be copied and pasted into the Email Message Builder.

You can then paste this on your social media pages, websites, Text In Church Automated Workflow messages, etc.
Video messaging is a great way to engage your people and community! Using Pages you can take your Automated Workflows to the next level🙌
⬇️ Here's how you can share a Page in an Automated Workflow:
Open the Pages section in the Connect tab of your Text In Church account
Click the paper airplane icon by an existing Page that you'd like to use, or click "Add New" to start a new Page.

Choose "Copy URL" to copy the direct link to this Page to your clipboard
Open the "Groups" section of your account
Select the Group that contains the Automated Workflow where you would like to add this Page
Open the Automated Workflow step that you would like to send this Page on, or create a new Automated Workflow Step
Inside the body of the Automated Workflow message, paste the link to your Page
How to quickly paste:
PC: Ctrl + v
Mac: ⌘ + v
Save changes
Now your Page will be automatically sent as a part of your Automated Workflow! ✅
If you’re not ready to send or share now, you can simply click “Save Changes” then exit the page.
Whenever you’d like to send this Page, you can open the Pages Hub, and then click the paper airplane icon by the Page you’d like to send.
