We're excited to help you get started with Calling™ by Text In Church quickly and smoothly! Here are the steps to kickstart your journey:
Set up your Callers:
Log in to your Calling™ by Text In Church account at app.textinchurch.com/calling
Navigate to the Calling tab.
Click on "Set up your Callers" and follow the prompts to configure your calling system.
Set up your Teams:
In the Calling tab, choose "Add New" in the Teams section to set up your Teams.
Create and organize your church Teams, making communication and collaboration a breeze.
Set up your Digital Receptionist:
Next, choose "Add New" in the Digital Receptionist section in the Calling tab.
Configure your Digital Receptionist to greet and assist callers efficiently.
Note: Pressing * will repeat the current menu, while pressing 0 will return to the main menu of the Digital Receptionist.
And here's an extra bonus tip: If you want to keep your existing church phone number, we've got you covered:
Visit your Calling tab.
Locate the "Phone Numbers" box and click "Add New."
Select the option to port your current church number.
Fill out the required information, and we'll send you the necessary documentation.
