The Messages section is the main hub for all of your incoming and outgoing messages. From here, you can respond to or send new messages or search archived messages.

Accessing Your Inboxes:

When you click on the Messages tab, you'll be greeted with your inboxes. The visibility of these inboxes depends on your user permissions:

- All Inboxes: As an Admin, you will have access to all inboxes. You can sort and filter messages based on specific phone numbers associated with your account.

- Specific Inboxes: Click on a specific inbox to see conversations assigned to that number. For example, selecting the inbox for a particular phone number will display only messages sent to that number.

You can favorite a specific inbox for quick access and toggle between different views:

- Archived Messages: Messages that have been moved out of the main inbox.

- Pending Messages: Messages scheduled for a future date or currently in the sending process.

- Sent Messages: All previously sent messages.

Managing Messages:

Unread messages will have a blue flag in the corner, indicating they have not been actioned. You can click on a message to:

- Reply: Send a direct response to the message.

- Write a Note: Leave a note for another staff member.

- Mark as Read: Click the three dots in the top right and select Mark Conversation as Read to indicate the message has been addressed.

Additional options include viewing the sender’s profile, opting them out of future communications, or archiving the conversation.

Archiving helps keep your inbox organized by moving older or resolved conversations to the Archived section of the Messages tab.

Viewing Sent and Pending Messages

In the Sent Messages section, you can filter messages by type (group or individual) and view detailed information:

- Status: Check if the message was successfully sent or failed.

- Recipients: See who received the message and the involved phone carriers.

- Details: Click on a message to see when it was sent and delivered. For failed messages, you can view the reason for failure, such as issues with 10DLC compliance.

The Pending Messages section includes messages that are scheduled to be sent at a later date or are in the process of being sent.

Additional Features

- Export Messages: Under the Sent Messages tab, you can export recent messages by clicking the export button.

- Filter Messages: Filter messages by type (email, SMS, video, reminder) or search for specific phone numbers or recipients to follow up on communications.

- Archived Messages: Check here if a message doesn’t appear in your inbox, as it may have been archived.

Efficiently managing your messages ensures smooth communication within your church community!
