Keeping your payment information current in Text In Church helps ensure uninterrupted access to your account. You can pay using a credit card or a bank account (ACH direct debit). Payment updates must be made through the desktop version of Text In Church at app.textinchurch.com and cannot be completed through the mobile app.

Getting to Your Payment Settings
To access your payment settings, sign in to Text In Church on the web, click the Settings icon, then select the Payment tab.
How to Update Your Credit Card in Text In Church
If your card on file is outdated or has expired, updating it is quick. If you have an outstanding balance, the system will automatically retry the charge with the new payment information once it is saved.
In the Payment tab, click the three dots to the right of your card.
Make your edits and click Update Credit Card Details to save.
How to Remove a Card
First, make sure the card you want to remove is not set as the default payment method. To set a different default, click the three dots next to another payment method and choose Set as default.
Click the three dots to the right of the card you want to remove and click Delete.
Refresh the page or log out and back in for the update to take effect.
How to Add a Bank Account (ACH) to Text In Church
ACH (direct bank account) payments are a convenient alternative to credit cards. To add your bank account:
In the Payment tab, click the Add button.
Enter your Bank Account Holder Name and Email, then click Submit.
Click Agree and Continue to instantly link your bank account. If your bank does not support instant verification, click Manually verify instead.
What to Expect After Adding a Bank Account
If you chose manual verification, two small micro-deposits will appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days. Once those deposits arrive, sign back into Text In Church and enter the amounts as whole numbers (for example, $0.14 and $0.58 would be entered as "14" and "58").
After submitting your bank account, please allow up to 4 business days for the payment to be acknowledged as successful or failed. During this window, a trial period may be applied to your account to ensure you have uninterrupted access.
Resolving Payment Issues and Avoiding Service Interruption
If your Text In Church account is showing a payment error or your subscription is at risk of being interrupted, the fastest fix is to update your payment method using the steps above. Keeping your billing information current prevents suspension and ensures your team can keep communicating without interruption.

Payment method updates are not available through the Text In Church mobile app. To update your credit card or billing information, log in to your account on a desktop or web browser and navigate to Settings > Payment.
Payment failures are often caused by a locked or blocked card, or a card that does not support the subscription transaction type. To resolve, go to Settings > Payment on a browser and update your payment method โ failed charges will retry automatically. If your account remains suspended after refreshing, contact support@textinchurch.com to have a teammate manually retry the payment.
If you prefer to pay via bank account instead of a credit card, go to Settings > Payment, click Add, then select Add Bank Account and follow the prompts to enter your bank details.
Keeping your billing information current in Settings > Payment helps avoid service interruptions. Common causes of repeated payment failures include an expired card, insufficient funds, or a card that does not support recurring charges. Updating your payment method promptly ensures your account stays active and messages continue sending without disruption.
