How to Update My Credit Card or Bank Account

How to update or change your payment information

For your convenience, you can choose to pay for your Text In Church subscription in one of two ways: Credit Card or ACH-Direct from your bank account.

To update or change your payment information, sign in to the website version of Text In Church, then click on the Settings icon.

Then click on the Payment tab in your Settings:

To Update Card Information:

  1. Click the three dots to the right of the card! Then make your edits and click “Update Credit Card Details" to save your changes.

Note: If you have an outstanding balance, the system will automatically retry the charge with the new payment information.

To Remove a Card:

  1. Ensure the card you'd like to remove isn't the default payment method for your account.

    You can set a new default payment method by clicking on the three dots to the right of another payment method and choosing "Set as default."

  2. Click the three dots to the right of the card and click Delete.

  3. Refresh your page or log out and log back in for the update to take effect.

To Update Bank Account Information:

  1. Click the “Add ” button to provide your billing information, then fill out the Bank Account Holder Name and Email, and then “Submit.”

  2. You can then click Agree and continue to instantaneously add your ACH account.

    You can also click "Manually verify instead" if your bank does not support this.

If the ACH must be manually verified, once the billing information is added, there will be two micro-deposits made to your bank account within 3-5 business days to verify the account.

Once these deposits have been made, sign back into Text In Church to enter these micro-deposit amounts as integers.

Example: $0.14 and $0.58 would be entered as “14” and “58” respectively.

Note: When paying through ACH, it may take up to 4 business days for the payment to receive acknowledgement of the payment's success or failure.

During this period, a trial period might be applied to your account to ensure uninterrupted access.
