Account Suspended?

Account says it is Suspended, what to do and why

We only suspend accounts due to lack of payment after several attempts to run the card on file and after multiple attempts to contact you.

To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings and click the Payment tab.

  2. Here you can update your Card information or add a Bank Account.

Your account will automatically be reactivated upon successful payment.

If your account is in good standing with billing, please email us at and we can look into your account to see more specifics.
