We only suspend accounts due to a lack of payment after several attempts to run the card on file and after multiple attempts to contact you.
To update your payment method:
Go to Settings and click the Payment tab.
βHere you can update your Card information or add a Bank Account.
Your account will automatically be reactivated upon successful payment.
If the payment was successful but your account is still showing as inactive, refresh your page for the account status to update on your end too!
