We only suspend accounts due to lack of payment after several attempts to run the card on file and after multiple attempts to contact you.
To update your payment method:
Go to Settings and click the Payment tab.
Here you can update your Card information or add a Bank Account.
Your account will automatically be reactivated upon successful payment.
If your account is in good standing with billing, please email us at email@example.com and we can look into your account to see more specifics.
