How Credits Work in Text In Church
Credits power your messaging. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance based on the tier you select. Here is what each credit covers:
Standard SMS (up to 160 characters) — 1 credit
SMS with special characters or emoji (up to 70 characters) — 1 credit
Voice broadcast (up to 60 seconds of audio) — 1 credit
MMS message with an image — 3 credits
Incoming messages — Free
Credits do not roll over from month to month. If your church approaches its credit limit, you will receive in-app notifications at 70%, 80%, and 90% usage so you can plan ahead.

Choose the credit tier that matches your church's average monthly message volume. Prices are per month on a monthly billing cycle, ranging from 500 credits all the way up to 400,000 credits!
