The Text In Church Planning Center Add-On allows Planning Center users to send messages directly through Text In Church right from their lists in Planning Center. This seamless integration simplifies communication by enabling users to access Text In Church’s powerful messaging tools within the familiar Planning Center interface.
Send Texts Directly from Planning Center Lists
With this add-on, users can send texts to groups directly from Planning Center lists. Simply select the list you want, choose the “Send Text with Text In Church” option, and the message builder will appear, ready for you to compose and send your message.

Full Access to Message Builder Tools
Enjoy all the same features of Text In Church’s message builder within Planning Center:
- Message Variables: Personalize messages with variables like first and last names.
- Templates: Choose from pre-built message templates.
- Scheduling: Set messages to send immediately or at a scheduled time.
- Custom Fields and Sending Numbers: Customize messages and choose the phone number from which you want to send your message.
Future Plans
Currently, this add-on is available only in the list section of Planning Center. However, we’re optimistic that more integration points will be added when they become available.
