What to know:

While we transfer your data to Text In Church, this includes transferring your phone number. There may be a short delay in sending messages, typically less than 3 days. We recommend upgrading early in the week so you have weekend functionality.

Head to https://app.textinchurch.com/plsetup and log in using your PastorsLine's Username and Password.

Step 1: Complete your A2P 10DLC Phone Registration

You will be directed to Step 2 if you have previously completed your A2P 10DLC registration.

Step 2: Add Yourself as a User

Please provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and create your password.

❗ The number listed needs to be your cell phone number for 2-factor authentication.

Step 3: Review our Membership Agreement

Review our Membership Agreement.

Step 4: Personalize Your Account

Add your church's friendly name, set your timezone, select your primary color, and upload your church logo.

Step 5: Personalize your onboarding

Share your job title, goals, church management system, and more!

Step 6: Migrate your data

Select the data that you'd like moved over.

❗ Most churches select all six options. However, some churches have chosen to move over just some data and start over in other areas.

Text In Church allows one contact per phone number and email address. Each phone number and email address must be unique. For PastorsLine contacts who share a phone number and email address, the Primary Contact will be brought over. Read more about it here.

Any scheduled messages in PastorsLine will not be brought over.

What's next?

We will be working to move over your data. Next, check out our on-demand videos and other Help Center articles.
