The Block feature allows users to manage a list of blocked phone numbers, preventing incoming calls and texts from these numbers. This feature is designed to help users combat spam or unwanted communications.
How to Block a Number
From Call History
Navigate to the Call History view.
Find the call from the unwanted number.
Click on the call to view details.
Click "Block this number" to prevent future communications.
From People
Navigate to the People Section.
Select the checkbox next to the People record(s) you want to block.
Click "Action."
Choose "Block."

Reviewing and Managing Blocked Numbers
Navigate to the People Section.
Click on the filter.
Select "Blocked" to view the list of blocked numbers.
Users can unblock numbers from this section if desired.
Effects of Blocking a Number
The blocked record will not receive any communications from the TIC account.
Calls from the blocked number will not be completed.
Texts from the blocked number will not be shown in the inbox or archive.
