Overview

ChurchStamp allows you to send personalized postcards to your contacts, automatically!

Sending personalized direct mail can be a great way to engage volunteers, connect with guests, share event invitations, and celebrate birthdays and anniversaries!

Set-Up

Setting up the integration is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Text In Church on the desktop and click on your Settings, then choose Integrations:

  2. Hit Connect by the ChurchStamp integration.

  3. You'll see a pop-up menu that asks for an Access Token from your ChurchStamp account

  4. Head over to your ChurchStamp account and click on your name in the lower left-hand corner:

  5. Then navigate to Security and click "Create" under the Access Tokens section:

  6. Copy your newly created Access Token and paste it into the provided field in Text In Church and hit Connect.

Next Steps: Using the ChurchStamp Integration

Now that the integration is connected, you can utilize it in your Automated Workflows!

Head over to your Workflow and click Add Step to access a new step unique to this integration!

After creating the step, you can schedule it like other Workflow steps (1), and you can choose which ChurchStamp campaign this contact should receive (2):

Pro tip: You'll want to be sure any contacts you want to send post cards to have a full mailing address within your Text In Church account.

Otherwise, this information can't be passed to ChurchStamp, and you'll see a log like this in the Processed button of your Workflow's Report:

You can also check the Logs for this integration by going to your Settings, then Integrations, and clicking Logs:

How to Disconnect the ChurchStamp Integration:

Head over to Settings, then Integrations, and click Manage on your ChurchStamp integration:

Then click Disconnect:

After disconnecting, nothing will change with your contacts, Groups, or Workflows.

The ChurchStamp step in your Workflow will still exist; it just won't transfer any additional contact information until the integration is reconnected.

FAQs:

How do I know when this step has been processed?

  • You can always check this step's schedule to see when it should be processed.

If you're looking for when this step will process for a specific contact, your Workflow's Report will have this information!

The workflow Report shows whether the step ran successfully and sent the data over to ChurchStamp!

  • Head over to the Settings, then the Integrations tab to check the Logs button right under the Manage button:
