Upgrading to a larger plan provides benefits such as enhanced capacity, cost efficiency, and less administrative effort by reducing overage charges, offering savings through annual plans, and minimizing the need for frequent text bundle purchases.
Text In Church provides you with the option to change your subscription level on your own at any time, day or night!
Note: This can only be done by an Admin Level Account User.
On the right side of your subscription description, you can click “Update Subscription” or scroll down the page.
3. This brings you down to the plans you can upgrade and downgrade to:
To confirm your selection, click the blue “Pay now” button, or click “cancel” to return to the plan options page.
If you do not see the subscription you'd like to upgrade to listed here, reach out to support@textinchurch.com and ask for a human.
Alternatively, if you anticipate temporary messaging increases, you can purchase text bundles as a short-term solution or monitor usage to determine if upgrading is more cost-effective.
You can add bundles of 500 for $12 each month from the Marketplace tab in the left-hand blue sidebar.
