A Caller is a person who can make and receive calls from Calling™ by Text In Church. Callers must first be set as Users or Admin on your Text In Church account.
Here are some helpful instructions below on how to manage Callers.
How to Add Callers
Sign in to Text In Church.
Select Calling from your left-hand dark blue sidebar.
In the Callers section, select View All.
Click on Add New.
Select a User from your Account to add them as a Caller.
Assign Callers a three-digit Extension where they can be reached directly (cannot start with 0, must be 100-999).
Here, you can also set their office hours for days and times that they are available to receive phone calls.
Note: If a call is received at this Caller’s extension outside of their set hours, you can enable a Voicemail Box to collect messages.
Click here for more information about using Voicemail Boxes.💡
When setting up the Voicemail, you can use our Instant Pro Voice Studio to generate a recorded greeting, or you can record your own greeting.
Additionally, you can allow Transcription of the messages and have emails sent to your Caller to let them know they have an unheard voicemail.
Once you have finished setting up your Caller, click Save.
How to Edit Callers
To modify any Caller, click View All.
Click the three dots next to a Caller.
Click Edit to change any settings for this Caller.
Once you are done modifying the Caller, click Save.
How to Delete Callers
