If your Text In Church account uses more than one phone number, each number has its own inbox. This is why replies to messages sometimes appear in a different inbox than expected.
The Multiple Inboxes feature lets you filter your messages by phone number so nothing gets missed, and each team member can set their own default view.

How to Access and Filter Your Inboxes in Text In Church
Sign in to your Text In Church account.
Go to the Messages section.
Select either Inbox (current conversations) or Archive (older messages).
At the top of the Inbox or Archive, open the dropdown menu to filter messages by phone number. Selecting a specific number shows only the messages received on that line. The name assigned to each number is displayed to make it easy to identify.
All Inboxes displays messages across all Text In Church phone numbers on your account.
Selecting a specific number filters the view to show only messages sent to or received from that number. This is also why replies from a contact may appear in a different inbox — they go to the inbox of the number the original message was sent from.
Setting a Default Inbox View
To set a default inbox, click the star icon next to your preferred inbox view. This saves the selection so it loads automatically each time you open Messages.

Improved Organization: Messages stay organized by phone number, making it easy to find and manage conversations for each line.
Enhanced Focus: Filter to a specific number to focus on the conversations most relevant to you or your role.
Per-User Customization: Each user on the account can set their own default inbox view.
Important: If one user marks a message as read, it will appear as read for all users on the account. Similarly, an unread message stays unread for everyone until someone opens it.
