The Block feature allows Users to manage a list of blocked phone numbers, preventing incoming calls and texts from these numbers.
This feature is designed to help Users combat spam.
How to Block a Number
From People
Navigate to the People tab.
Select the checkbox next to the record(s) you want to block.
Click "Action."
Choose "Block."
Note: It's not currently possible to block contacts on the mobile app.

Reviewing and Managing Blocked Numbers
Navigate to the People tab.
Click on the filter icon.
Select "Blocked" to view the list of blocked numbers.
Users can unblock numbers from this section if desired.
Effects of Blocking a Number
The blocked record will not receive any communications from the Text In Church account.
Calls from the blocked number will not be completed.
Texts from the blocked number will not be shown in the Inbox or Archive.
