How Text In Church and Church Community Builder (CCB) work together to sync contacts and automate follow-up communication.
How the Integration Works
When you connect TIC to CCB, contacts from your CCB groups sync into your TIC People Records. You can then send texts and emails to those contacts and set up Automated Workflows to follow up automatically when someone joins a group.
Setting Up the Integration
Go to Settings > Integrations in Text In Church.
Find Church Community Builder and click Connect.
Enter your CCB subdomain and API credentials.
Select the CCB groups you want to sync and set your sync frequency.
Click Begin Sync.

What is the CCB Integration?
Text In Church's integration with Church Community Builder focuses on enhancing your ability to manage groups and communication seamlessly.
This integration specifically interacts with the CCB groups feature, enabling a dynamic sync between both platforms.
Syncing Groups:
You can create groups within CCB and select them to sync with your Text In Church account.
These groups will automatically generate in Text In Church as new syncing Groups.
Adding Features:
Within these syncing Groups in Text In Church, you can add Keywords, Connect Cards, and Automated Workflows.
This functionality allows you to gather new contacts and follow up effortlessly.
Two-Way Sync:
Any contact added to a group in CCB will automatically sync to the corresponding Group in Text In Church.
Similarly, contacts added in Text In Church will sync back to CCB. This ensures that your contacts are up-to-date across both platforms, eliminating the need for manual data entry or duplication.
