The Text In Church Dashboard gives you a real-time view of your account's activity — from message volume and contact growth to Connect Card completions and calling data. This article walks through each section of the Dashboard so you know what you are looking at and how to use it.

Text Engagement Metrics in the Text In Church Dashboard
The Dashboard opens with a high-level view of your messaging activity. Use these metrics to track whether your outreach is landing, identify when your community is most responsive, and understand engagement trends over time.
Messages Sent: The total number of messages sent from your account in the selected timeframe.
Incoming vs. Outgoing Messages: A breakdown of messages you have sent versus replies you have received, giving you a picture of two-way engagement.
People Record Creation in the Text In Church Dashboard
This section shows how your contact list is growing and how new contacts are being added. Knowing your contact sources helps you understand which outreach methods are most effective.
Number of People Created: The total count of new contacts added in the selected timeframe.
Creation Source: How each contact was added — whether through a phone call, text message, manual addition by an account user, or a Connect Card submission.
Account Usage in the Text In Church Dashboard
This section gives you a snapshot of how your team is using Text In Church beyond messaging.
Groups Created: The total number of Groups created in your account during the selected timeframe.
Emails Sent: The total volume of emails sent from your account.
Calling Data in the Text In Church Dashboard
If your account includes a Calling plan, additional data is available in the Dashboard.
Call Usage: The total number of minutes used during calls in the selected timeframe.
Call Activity Breakdown: A pie chart showing the split between completed calls, outgoing calls, voicemails, and missed calls.
Performance Metrics in the Text In Church Dashboard
Performance Metrics give you insight into which parts of your account are getting the most traction. Use this section to identify what is working and where you might want to invest more effort.
Connect Cards and Widgets: The number of completions for your top 5 Connect Cards and Widgets.
Workflow Steps: The number of steps completed in your top Automated Workflows.
Video Engagement: Total views on your videos, with a list of your top 5 video Pages.
Integration Activity: Which integrations are currently active on your account.
Keyword Usage: Your top 5 Keywords and how often each has been used.
Timeframe Options in the Text In Church Dashboard
All Dashboard data can be filtered by timeframe. Choose the view that fits what you are trying to track:
Daily: View data day by day.
Weekly: View data on a week-by-week basis.
Monthly: Compare the current month to the previous month.
Custom Range: Select any custom date range within a 6-month window for more targeted analysis.
How to View Message and Call Timestamps in Text In Church
In addition to the Dashboard, you can see the exact time messages and calls were received directly in the Messages and Calling sections of your account.
For text messages: Go to the Messages section and click the Sent tab. Each message shows when it was sent and delivered. To see new incoming messages, check the Inbox tab — unactioned messages are flagged with a blue triangle notification symbol in the top right corner.
For calls: Open the Calling tab and go to the Summary section. Find Call History in the top right corner and click See All to view a full log of calls, including the time each was received.
