Options for cancelling, suspending, or terminating your account

Canceling your Text In Church account is a straightforward process done from your account settings. Before canceling, you may also want to consider Maintenance Mode, a $5/month option that keeps your data and 10DLC registration intact while pausing message sending.

How to Cancel Your Text In Church Account

  1. Click the Settings icon, then select Subscriptions.

  1. Click Cancel Account, scroll down, then click Continue Cancellation.

What Happens After You Cancel

Once your cancellation is processed, your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period. You will no longer be charged after that date. Your account data, including contacts, Connect Cards, Groups, and Automated Workflows, is retained for a period of time after cancellation in case you want to reactivate later.

If you need confirmation that your subscription was successfully canceled, go to Settings > Subscriptions — your subscription status will reflect the change.

Keep Your Account on Maintenance Mode Instead

Instead of fully canceling, you can switch to Maintenance Mode for just $5 per month. This keeps your account active at a reduced cost while pausing your ability to send messages. Your contacts, Connect Cards, and Automated Workflows remain intact and ready for when you reactivate.

Maintenance Mode is especially useful if your church is in a slow season or temporarily reducing communication. Your 10DLC registration is preserved, saving you the time and cost of re-registering if you come back later.
