Have you ever had a message go out an hour later or earlier than what you planned? We know this can be terribly frustrating! However, it is usually a quick fix. As you set up your account, double-check that you have the right time zone selected. 

If you think that you may have chosen an incorrect time zone, you can change it by:

  1. Click Settings from the main menu.

  2. Click the pencil in the upper right-hand corner.

Below is a helpful map to show what area is associated with what time zone.
