Our CTO Jake sent out a message to everyone on January 14th explaining our newest update to work on getting higher delivery and avoid carrier filtering. See the details below.

"A few weeks ago we reached out after noticing an increase in carrier filtering. Today, I want to give you a quick update.

Beginning on Tuesday, January 15 Text In Church will begin resending all carrier rejected messages on our supercharged numbers. This change will mean that auto replies from keywords will go back to sending on your local phone number if carriers do not filter, and all other messages will function the exact same unless they are carrier filtered. We strive to ensure your messages are delivered and these changes will ensure all messages you intend to be heard, are.

With these changes, you might consider any message with a link (the most likely to be filtered by a carrier) is sent with a little signature of who it’s from. This way if it’s sent from one of the supercharged numbers, they understand who is sending it.

If you have any questions about this, or how the changes will affect your account, don’t hesitate to reach out and we’d be happy to chat through it with you.

Have an awesome week!
