Text In Church allows you to send yourself a test message of any of the Automated Workflow steps.

Open the Automated Workflow then click on the desired step. Click the “Send Test” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen:

A pop-up box will ask for the contact in the People section you wish to send to.

Sending test messages of Automated Workflows just allows you to see what the message will look like when sent. Keep in mind that variable data will not show up. Instead, you will see the code in { } for each of those items. If you want a full test of a message, you can add yourself to the Workflow as needed.
