Have you ever had a message go out an hour later or earlier than what you planned? We know this can be terribly frustrating! However, it is usually a quick fix. As you set up your account, double check that you have the right time zone selected. 

If you think that you may have chosen an incorrect time zone, you can change it by:

  1. Click Settings from main menu.
  2. Click the pencil in the upper right hand corner.

Below is a helpful map to show what area is associated with what time zone.
